Delivery using our Royal Mail Tracked service typically delivers to the following countries in these timeframes:
UK - 1 to 2 working days
EU - 3 to 5 working days
Rest of the World - 6 to 7 working days
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 4 business days for dispatch.
Our other products, the FurGrip™ InstaBrush and FurGrip™ InstaBroom are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia. Delivery times for these products are typically as follows:
USA - 5-8 working days
Rest of the World - 7-14 working days

We always advise to select a tracked shipping option.
Our policy allows a product to be returned within 7 days.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging. To return a product, please email us at email@example.com
Please ensure that you enclose the correct and complete product while making a return along with the invoice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your product is received, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned product is received by us. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and post the quality assessment of the product.

All of the above items can only be refunded only if the product is found to be damaged or defective. In case of any defects, the manufacturer's warranty would be applicable if reported to us within 21 days of receipt of the product. If you wish to report a damaged or defective product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern along with high resolution images/videos so that our team can evaluate it. Based on our assessment we will notify you on the approval or rejection of your claim. In case your product is approved for a refund or replacement, we will process the same. The damaged product does not need to be shipped back to us.
Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged.
